1Delivery Conditions

• Production Lead Time: All illuminated and non-illuminated 3D box letter products are manufactured exclusively to your measurements and design preferences. Standard production time is 7–14 working days after order confirmation and payment. Each piece is custom-made — sold direct from our factory with no intermediaries.
• Shipping & Dispatch: Orders are dispatched to all locations across Turkey via our contracted carrier partners. All products are packed in specially designed protective packaging and reinforced crates to prevent transit damage — whether your signage is for indoor use or weather-resistant UV-rated outdoor installation.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect the package carefully when your order arrives. If you notice any damage, crushing, or moisture, do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to record a Damage Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) on the spot, and contact us immediately.

2Cancellation & Returns Policy

In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

• Custom-Made Products: Illuminated and non-illuminated 3D box letters are produced to each customer's individual measurements, materials, and design. As personalised products, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal and returns. Please verify all design details and measurements before confirming your order.
• Defective or Faulty Products: If a technical defect arising from our production process is identified — including incorrect colour usage or production that deviates from your order form — desasign.com accepts full responsibility. Remedy (re-production or part replacement) will be carried out free of charge at the earliest opportunity.
• Returns Process: Notification of a defective product must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods — by email or via our WhatsApp line. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.

3Order Cancellations

An order may be cancelled if it has not yet entered the production stage. Once materials have been cut and production has commenced, cancellation and refund requests cannot be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
